Son of Jolee Bindo who is the creator of the New Republic and rightful heir to the Bindo family. Tivere was trained in the force by his father. Though the force has been limited to him due to lack of training over the recent years. Jolee has been to preoccupied to train his son. His sister trains him though, when she has time.
However this does not limit Tiveres other abilities. He like his father is a historian, a chronicler if you will. He is most interested in the history of the Jedi Knights and their order. While Jolees away on diplomatic missions or at war, Tivere is always with his sister Alena. He has never entered a single battle along with his father. Jolee cares far too much for him.
He never really liked a man named Mace Windu and never trusted him. His feelings against him were rather personal. He would never tell his father why though. While not as well trained in the force like his father or sister, Tivere is a master duelest and has perfected the skill of lightsaber combat.
When Jolee retires, Tivere is expected to lead the New Republic. By then his father promised he would teach his son everything he knew. But for now, he must wait. Tivere seeks no harm against his father and he is the only person that he will really ever talk to besides his sister Alena. However he is becoming more talkative to others including Commander of All Forces Jester. He knows very little of Kamikaze who is commader of the navy or Admiral Gharn commander of the GCMF and Commander of the Army of the New Republic.
Tivere is a military commander and knows how to lead. He is however the least skilled of the three in strategy but much more stronger in the tactical field.
Tivere's most well known force power is force push. A strong but simple attack. He never used darkside power, though he does not fear it. His twin sister Alena, follows in their fathers foot steps in the ways of the force and ideology. Tivere has his own plans for where the New Republic should be heading.
