I've decided to do a small bio on Linar, mostly because I think it's important to know who she actually is, and why Master and Apprentice tolerate each other.
Jedi Master to Alena, Linar Ulaniei is a Jedi Consular who is usually quiet. She is not one for crowds. She is considered wise, and a few Jedi usually come up and ask for her advice. Linar was a young girl when the Jedi found her on the planet Corulag. She is bright, and has been known to peacefully negotiate treaties with independent governments as well as those planets under Civil Unrest.
Linar fights defensively most of the time, only once in awhile will she turn offensive. She does not kill her opponents, no matter who they are. People are not meant to be killed, no matter what their crimes.
Linar usually teaches Alena outside of the Jedi Temple, where she teaches her apprentice about the calm and quiet of nature. Linar hope's that if Alena learns how to calm down her temper, the dark side influence that resides her will begin to dissipate, little by little.
Alena enjoys being outside rather then being in the Jedi Temple, she enjoys nature and it's quiet, where she can meditate in peace. Most of the Jedi know of Linar's apprentice, they usually stay away from the pair, and meditate somewhere else, not because Alena's a Sith, but because they prefer not to disturb them.
