I'm in Junon now. Except for motorball and the stolen bug of airbuster, the only problem that I have are one crash when I defeat Yuffie first time.

I only have 1 graviball. I think to use original game for defeat motorball, and after return to rebirth. The question is: Motorball give antipoison accesory (original game) or give another item when you defeat him? If him don't give nothing important I continue playing without problem.

Shinra HQ: “Sephirot comes”
Interesting work with venom crepprer. Aeris curative Staff becomes more useful in this part. Biopod and zenene are correct, but too similar. Exchangue zenene poison for blind and problem solved. Poison attacks become the nastiest element for your characters.
Dude: If possible modify the elements affinitys from the characters? I think that more people can look with good eyes give fire resistance/ice weakness to Red XIII and thunder/water for caitshit.

Bosses: Hundred Gunner/ Helli Gunner
Hundred Gunner inflict a lot of damage, but is appropiated. If you die, you know for the next intent that you need to put your characters in back row. Electro artillery now makes you considering use defense. Good.
Helli gunner: Really dangerous, his spinning attacks can kill Aeris or Red in front Row in one hit. But if you are in back row again, you can defeat him. Correct.

Rufus and Dark Nation:
Dark Nation is fine. For the future, I think that a good idea is reduce a little the damage from Rufus and add to his laught an increased ¿50%? damage for his next attack. Counter attack, cross-slash and Poison Materia were the key of the battle.

Note: I always make my team with the characters that have the low level, except if I need certains characters for see specific scenes.

Motor Ball:
Error. Scene 468 /Code: 32.

Shinra HQ “The rescue”
Start the party!
Before start, great option the ice/water claw for Tifa in Wall Market.
Soldier’s grenaders look balanced.But I think that is better nerf him and add two more in the battle (and more logical because 4 guards attack you!)
Powers armours need more hp and assasins better evasión. Is a good thing that assasins hit harder because give you a chance for use defense.
NOTE: I win a combat without killing and assasin. (two power armous and one assasin). Any message appears.
I think that is a good idea gives limited time for acces the menu in the elevator, but I understand that this can be problematic. (Bugs, hard work, etc)
Sword dances maybe are too easy to defeat. I think that changue fury for sadness at least. Hammers blasters are correct. Moth slasher hit really hard but is correct if they appear alone. (Thank you for the carbon Bangle that he gives).
Ambush in the “metal gear solid part” (one of the worst minigames of the game) in plant 60 are realy dangerous. One assasin kill me barret from one (back) attack. Ouch. But I think that is fine. Ambush need to be really dangerous!

SAMPLE H0512: Good job with this boss. The new poison combine with sleep suppose a more tactic battle that previous bosses. Life materia to red/Nanaki is also a great point.
life start “mastered”? For me isn’t a problem in anycase, life2 was overpowered and innecesary (for this reason exist enemy materia and his angel song )

Soldiers 3º are fine. Good work with Hardedge weapon. Dude: Blunt is an extra effect that I don’t know or only descriptive propose?

Train graveyeard
Think in the next idea: Add to ghost (better choice) or dragons attacks sleep status. That’s made a lot more useful the Aeris Chaplain Staff, (and is really good in this moment of the game at least, and correct with the essence of the character) but you can evite in anycase Sleep attacking Ghosts causing that they dissapear.
Eligor is correct. Maybe he need a little more of Hp, but damage and silence is correct.

Plate Support, sector 7
Aero combatants are correct. Maybe a little hard to stolen for only a potion, but is possible that only was bad luck.
Reno: I think that he is a little easy opponent if you compared with previous bosses. Maybe he needs to do 35% more damage or (better) increase at 50% his speed but make him vulnerable to slow (Cross-slash).
PD: I know that Barret need to do less damage that Tifa, but he really do low damage with cannon ball that tifa with his initial weapon. I don’t know how use them correctly (well, use him for cover other characters for the moment was my better idea and works correctly).

Sector 5 – Wall Market
Hedhehog in church looks too weak. But is true that I have attack materia + materia all. They attack well. I suppose that this is the correct way and they are more dangerous without “this combo”. Night guards are the same, nothing to say.
Leech’s are fine. If they are alone on in couples you don’t need to worry about him, but in great groups can be a problem.
I don’t fight with the mad house. Maybe next time, when I return from sector 7.
Corneo lackeys have the same problem of hedhehog. But is true that Scotch is dangerous, and without a “attack spell agains all” the battle can be difficult. Correct in anycase.

Sewers
Apps: He hit harder this time. If, in the future you return to modify IA, I think that can be a good idea agree a text message warning of the change of course of the wave for motive the use of defense command.
Turtles and crabs are ok.
Steal materia isn’t neccesary.

Reactor 5 missión:
Tunels enemys ok: Misil launcher isn’t weak to water, ¿why? Bubbles from plate are a little hard but fine in anycase. Note: water materia need a really hight AP points for upgrade. Is correct that?
Reactor: ok, this time we fight a certain variety of enemys. Good. The problem is that in essencial they do the same. But better that the demo. Without IA changes is difficult to upgrade this part.
Airbuster: Wooooo, you solved the bug of airbuster. Nice. But exist another bug to stolen (mesage similar to: fhcabsufbaf4452oaifbafbafbs1516)xD. The second and third intent to stolen the emulator crash. I decide don’t stolen anything. Difficult is correct now. He is a challengue for a noob, and the first time he kill me (I’m testing things how steal him, spells and differents weapons, etc). In the second battle, playing serious without testing, i defeat him. Really nice work with him except for the bug.
For curiosity: what item have this bastard?

Reactor 1: This part has a better difficult now. Noobs players can complete in one or two intents, and veterans have a more difficult start if you compared with original game and a option for intent stolen and don’t spent items.
Enemys are fine. Obviosly, the encounters are less interesting without IA changues and the others mechanics (leader, engynner, etc), but is better than the original game. One night guard float in a match (little bug).
I think those guardian scorpions need to do more damage with his standar attacks (he gives you an opportunity for use defense). I’m not sure that the “laser tail 1 point attack versión” are a better option that “laser tail 200 damage point versión”, but the two are correct choices.

PD: Great joob with weapons and armours. I have dudes of what is the better option for equip my characters in the first shop of the game,xD

JAJAJAJAJA, you need to recognaise that jenova rebirth battle are really stupid and easy in the original game. If you solved this problem, I'm happy,xD

I suppose that can be difficult of implement, but maybe can be interesting implement full elemental affinity in accesories: in other words: you absorve ice but you are weak to fire. In anycase, when I check the demo, I make a new feedback.

Your work is great. I understand that is hard and extrem laborious, but don't surrender man. Good luck

PD: The Hexadragon battle look really interesting.

What changes you apply to the midgar part respect the demo of the last year? Or is the same? I think that know this modifications can make a good idea of the evolution of rebirth. Enemys? Encounters? Materia? I suposse that at least you fixed many bugs

Seriosly, that looks amazing. I can promess another feedback...but i can't wait more for the launch! grrrr,xD

Dude: the game has elementar barriers? In others words, a spell that give you resistance to fire (and weakness to ice, for example)? Or, at least, items and armours with similars effects? (Only resistance, no element absorb please: jenova life and jenova death are really stupids combats in original game for this cause)

In any case... good job. Modern Rpg's are really bored to me...and your mod look more and more fun in each upgrade

I forget two interesting ideas:

1) Add 1 tent in the start items: that give to noob players a good chance to complete mako 1 reactor.

2) A better option that decrease Barret Hp is do a important decrease of his magical defense: that give to the player a interesting choice for his party: Barret becomes a solid rock vs physical opponents but really weak vs magical attacks

Part 2: Sephirot comes
-Bio pod is correct. Dude: if possible add to sacrifices a chance of cover (in the same way of cover materia) physical attacks to Biopod? I think that this is interesting (and is a sacrifice!)

It’s bosses time!

Hundred Gunner: Upgrade the damage of “wave artillery”. 3 turns of charge for 80 are ridiculous. Upgrade to 200 (¡or more!) for force to player to use “defense command”

Heli Gunner: He needs more Hp. Completly fine in the rest.

Rufus:Black Nation is fine and the Rufus Leader addition correct. I think that Rufus need anything special: a final attack equal to Reno, recover health (or health status) when he laught or maybe a chance of cause silence?

Road Boss: Fire 2 and fire 3 wheel is correct. I think that his physical attacks needs an upgrade: The easy option is increase his strentgh, but i think that more interesting choice is add a chance of slow or confuse to his individual attack. If not, this battle are only a attack+water+cure spam.

Others considerations:
Reduce a little Barret Hp. I understand that he is the resistent character, but he doubles Cloud,xD
Tifa is correct after the reactor 5 mission. He has low Hp, but his limit is really powerful and she don’t die in only 1 attack, xD
The most difficult part of all demo is reactor 1. That is....strange. I think that monster of reactor 1 need to give more potions or be easy of stolen. Add a defense explain in scorpion fight.
Change the stolen materia in sewers by other water materia. I don’t need two stolen, but two waters materia are useful in “shinra levels” and I can’t buy it in a store.

Shinra HQ Feedback

Part 1: Assault (Aeris rescue)

Two monsters need a little changues.
Robots guardians that lose his armour need more evasion (use magic or he dodge your attacks!).
Hammer robot need a little bonuses. I think in give him more Hp and health regeneration: Put in groups of two opponents: if you don’t kill fast one, he disappears and recovers all his live points. Maybe add an explication of this when you fight the combat?
Grenadiers are fine.
Sword dance is correct, but don’t have anything special in this point (grenadiers also can confuse you): why don’t remove them from Shinra Hq and put him in 5 reactor? That gives to the reactor variety of enemys. If you do thah, decrease his stats a little.

You change the Mayor password? Bad guy! xD (for me ok!)

Dude: I don’t know if is possible, but for do more interesting this part: if you take the option of assault Shinra Hq for the principal gate, block the posibility of use the menu in the elevator part. (You don’t have time for heal in this crazy situation! Really?)

BOSS: Data Error scene 456 code 32 two times when I use fire with Cloud agains the Boss. Is a problem of camara: if I’m intruding an order when he us fire, the game don’t crashes. The boss idea is correct: you need to attack the egg for stop the attack of the boss. I think that one change is neccesary: when the Boss lose half of his Hp, he only do “recover egg” when you destroy two or more egg, not one.

3 class soldiers: Really fine! His sleep + aero spam combo is a nasty surprise.

PD: Nanaki is fine

-Sector 5: One option is add the "underground" encounter to the reactor. At least, that give to the player two different battles. Other option is remove the engynner+mech battle from the reactor 1. That part can be really difficult for a noob, and have many different encounters.

-Sector 6: I understand that you think in put the thief enemy in corel prison. Ok with that, no problem.

-Reno: I intent to stolen his item 10 times. (more or less). For a bolt 2 item? Ohhhh mannnn. Make more easy to stolen, and fine.

-Tifa is useful thanks his "limit". But in the first step of the game (underground tunel) she can die in two hits. Upgrade his Hp is a option, upgrade the number of enemys with phoenix down is other.

Thank you for your work. I really enjoy playing this demo and i can't wait to the complete version. Tomorrow assault to Shinra HQ!

I defeat Reno in sector 7 today, let's go with Feedback part 2:

Corneo Mansion: Fine

Sewers: Apps need to don't hit himself or is to easy with spam cure + attacks + Aeris limit. Sahagin are fine and interesting opponent with the royal guard. Cranck is out, but not problem with that. Maybe change steal materia by other? I don't need two steal. In one battle I see a bug: I can attack with weapons to frontal sahagin (out of range message)

Train graveyeard: Ghost are really interesting opponents. Chaplain weapon for Aeris are a great and correct addition, useful for heal and counter sleep. In general, this part is correct and don't need changes.

Support tower (sector 7): I think that Reno (equal to Apps) need a more interesting item for be stolen. He final attack are a little extra surprisse. Fine.

In general, I think that Tifa need a little extra Hp. She are really weakness to be a frontal character. Others guys are correct. Enemy variety is low, but battle are, in general, more interesting. I suposse that you intent to don't repeat enemys in different colours right?

Good job, more feedback in one or two days.

First, sorry for my english level.

I'm actually playing rebirth. (wall market first visit). This is my feedback:

Reactor mako 1) Correct and fine. Maybe can be difficult for noobs players, but I really think that is fine (and fun!)

Reactor mako 5) Ok. The subway and underplaque part are correct (no floating fish enemy?) but the reactor 5 no. For oneside, only exist a challenge (engynners+mech, equal to reactor 1). That is bored. What happens with other vanilla enemys? (red hound, red engynner and green-smoke-machine) I'm sure that this part becomes more interesting creating two different challengues with this enemys (maybe red hounds alone and a combined challengued with red engynners and green-machines?) For otherside, airbust is easy: he need a serious Hp bonus, or more (and really more) frontal defense (more interesting choice, but more difficult to implement)

Slums sector 6: No thief? Why? Thief are a interesting opponent. The others enemys (hellhouse, etc) are fine.

Bugs:
-In slums, one challenged crashes.
-If you change cloud weapon in mako reactor 1, and after that, you change the weapon other time, water materia isn't equipped.
- The ghost blue materia in the menu!

But, in anycase, good job, I really enjoy this mod, and the final result can be awesome!

First, thanks for this proyect, and sorry for my english level, but i don't are natural english speaker.

I think that you ideas (new spell and materia, new enemys, weapons, strategys, etc) are correct, but I have other "controversial" idea:

Consider limiting the yellow materia (I do not are sure That is the correct word in English) to specific characters, similar to the case of Final Fantasy VI? For example: only characters with range Weapons Can use flash, or only cloud and cid cutx2, or enemy skill for Red XIII and manipulate for cait ****? That I think make this more interesting choosing your party, and encourages the player to train all characters.

In any case, good luck with this ambitious project!
