Me? Well I'm ErastusMercy, the lead voxel artist on the popular Tiberian Sun mod, Twisted Insurrection. If you don't know what a voxel is then I'll put it this way, I make the vehicles. :P In addition to my roles on TI, I've also done Infantry cameo's (The unit portrait you see when purchasing/selecting a particular unit.) for the C&C3 mods Tiberium Wars Advanced and The Forgotten Mod.

Sweet. Looks like an RA Radar Jammer.
Yup that's the one. It first had a very small role in Tiberian Dawn as the Mobile HQ. It was reused as RA1's Radar Jammer and of course a modified version was used as the first Tesla Tank in one of the expansion packs. I guess Westwood really like the it.
Not long now till PB5 is released to the public, you'll be able to use it if you play survival mode but of course there's also the map editor.
