A-H teach tree does not have sense for start 1910. Greece need customize tree. Also Balkan league still looses I Balkan war and Great War is no triggered consequently. Ottomans are still to strong. New mechanics that make you puppets more free if you import resources from them does not really have sense.

So I have several issues with this mod.
First one is that most national ideas are to generic (industrialization, naval, land and air), and most of them are bad or very straight forward. I find only Russian ideas good enough. For example French communist tree is literally just bad, and only, same goes for Britain.
Also A-H political tree is just idiotic, there is strange centralization part and useless communist/democratic tree. First things first, there should be positive federation/centralization modeling and part with oppressing minorities in general is idiotic from all possible aspects of Empire, as it was build on cosmopolitan nobility class and Catholic unity. If anything there should be option to deal with (protestant) Hungarian influence. In dealing with other nations there should be option to build there loyalty constructively, and crush revolt from extremist or traitors (such as Yugoslav idea creators, or Czech separatists).
German tree is also very limited in constrictive options and not very bad in general. Generally most of political ides brigs you political power, which you do not really need, and no constructive effects.
Difference in production equipment should be strategic and specific for nation (not just named differently as in vanilla which is basically idiotic), there should be less rifle modes (as nations used only one or two basic rifle models up to WWII, with small modifications), also there should be more options in tactics as for land/air/naval doctrine.
I am happy with new resources, but there is still missing most important resources - FOOD. Food supply was determining factor for moral and survival in WWI (also important in WWII). Not only would it bring nations like Argentine or Brazil as strategic suppliers but also balance large nations such as China and RAJ in building troops but also provide balance in convoy wars and economic blockade. Also i would personally put copper also as significant resources for building electronic. Putting in supply of electric energy as mayor resource for factory operations would be also nice (with building power plants and balancing them with factories would be very nice). But please put there FOOD!
On part of equipment machine guns should be produce separately (as artillery parts) as they were actually rear and of most importance. To extend on that part hard attack is not really to relevant for WWI, as tanks and armor cars were very limited in use.
On parts of game mechanic Italian-Ottoman war is not really working and Ottoman Empire is to strong in general.
