the interpretation version is again unbalanced this time in favour of the rebels and empire particularly but since it is meant to be played in skirmish try to open a map with a satellite or base where you can build special ships then save your money and build the borg cube it is not indetructible (if you move it out of the protective umbrella of nebula medic ships towards a level 5 empire base guarded by 2 ISD it will get blown ...)

the version 0.9 is kinda unbalanced in favour of federation
when you reach the sovereign class (tech level 4) you are unstoppable it photon torpedoes are the deadliest thing in the game you only have to watch out for fighters
I believe 1 sovereign can kill 3 ISD before being destroyed and same goes for the mon cals
the excalibur has super phasers but I still prefer the sovereign
the galaxy is not that strong and has a bug it is impossible to destroy it so you have a wreck that is impossible to use but eats command points ...

I downloaded the FoC Mod launcher and followed the instructions
I created the folder mods and in that folder I extracted the 2 mods
it works wonderfully :)
