Look at some of the tests showing detection rates for it. It's about as bad as it gets.
For example, the last Av-Comparatives file detection test using close to 300,000 samples collected from recent months placed MSE dead last out of all products tested (it detected the least number of samples):

Know your numbers.
Well according to my scan there is, weather its a false postive or not is up to that particular company to inform people of. And in reguards to MSE scanning it clean, there are a great deal of Actual viri out there that are COMPLETTLY undetected by specific means of scanning, so running a program though one that shows its clean doesnt actually make it clean, nor does it make it dirty by posting details like above. It simply informs people that there could be an issue and to be cautious.
