v1.1 front display have problem. can't display. (need English can display normal)
but the patch can sued to CSSO 1.x

Sorry .Limitstars. i use CSSO version (v1.1 and v1.0) to Create Server all fail [Srcds/steamcmd] (v0.8-v0.10 is sucess) . The situation is Srcds can't open and create mdmp file in the folder when Srcds for v1.0-v1.1.
Can you test use this version(v1.0 or v1.1) to Create Server (srcds or steamcmd) once ? i want to confirm is my problem or other question. Sorry to trouble you. I've tried everything I can.

By the way. One question . If i want to create Server(No-stem) ,what tools i should prep?
CSSO v0.9 i created Server successful. But i used created v0.9's tools to Create v1.0 fail(can't open). then what tools I should prep ? (No-steam,don't want to Install Steam)
