Amazing mod, just had a few minor issues.

As others mentioned there is an annoying 3 second freeze whenever the city menu opens. This does not happen for castles or villages for some reason.
My wife was my minister and died giving birth. However, she was still around as my minister until I replaced her. Talking to her directly opened the minister dialog, skipping the wife dialog. I suggest, in such a case the "choose a new minister" dialog should pop up.
The Crock and Dish quest: I talked to the crying woman and she joined my party. Now the quest does not progress further. I read online that Merlin is supposed to mark "Tor" on my map, but he does not have that dialog option.
Roman empire quest: I gave some romano-briton kings the decree and made them join. They became lords in my faction and their towns and castles became fiefs in my faction. But all the associated villages were not properly added to my faction. They "belong to no one" but can not be granted as fiefs with the minister. I had to assassinate them to gain full control of their fiefs.
Also, would it be possible to give these romano-briton rulers lord personalities (upstanding, debauched,..) since they are to become lords for some players?
When taking lords prisoner sometimes the dialog about me being crazy to rebuild Rome starts instead of the prisoner dialog, in such cases the lord is not added to the party as prisoner and let go automatically.
