This mod has a lot of potential, but there are a few changes and fixes that could make it much better.

You don't need to get the crowbar to smash through the barricade. You can crouch jump straight through it right off the bat. You might want to fix that

The security office is completely impenetrable. Once I sent out the radio message I just hid in there until things cooled down and walked right off to the next area. You might remove the door or break open the glass.

Just a minor gripe, but when the anonymous helper guy is killed it's a little confusing. It might help to change "I hear footsteps" to "I hear footsteps outside my door".

When searching for the crowbar, it would add a lot of ambiance to put in some interesting scripted events. Maybe there is another survivor cowering in a room. When you walk in he stands up and says "Thank god, another survive-" only to have something fall on him, crushing him.

The end of the game really becomes a lot less about survival and more about shooting. It doesn't help the horror aspect knowing I have a lot of guns and ammo. You might add some twist where the protagonist temporarily looses his weapons.

Feel free to completely ignore these suggestions though. I wouldn't want to infringe on your vision
