You may have been clicking a link that has seen been deactivated. The one there now is a magnet link to a torrent of the game, so make sure you have a torrent client

Shouldn't be related to your graphics card, that is a java error. Have you tried modding the game at all? Make sure this is a 100% fresh install of PZ
No, but in the version in closed testing right now key binding is possible.

The version on Desura (0.1.5d) does not have saving. The test releases (on the right of this page, or found on the forums) have save-on-quit implemented.
It should only need a cd key the very first time you login, and you will need to be connected to the internet fo the key to work. After it has been confirmed playing offline should work fine.
Saving is a feature in the unstable builds. You can try downloading them from the right of this screen, or if that doesn't work (some people have trouble with Desura downloads) head over to the downloads section of the forums.
Nearly all of those things will be addressed in the upcoming updates! And FYI in the unstable releases (available on the right of this page) you can already drop items :)
Homesick is available as a free download but technically it's meant to be paid for by donation.

From memory you need to board up some windows, right? have the hammer in one of your weapon slots, and make sure you have nails. Click onto doors/windows using the wooden boards.

When an official update is released on Desura your game should update automatically.

This is on purpose, since those versions are unstable. Desura will be updated when RC3 is released.
