I played 3079, and 3089 isn't just a rehash with prettier graphics. It's got lots of really cool new features, every system has been expanded upon, the quest system is much smarter and diverse. It's a great open ended game where you can just keep playing and playing. Even with all of that, the best thing about this game is the constant attention that the developer gives it. There always seem to be new updates and additions that, when I check them out, I always end up playing for longer than intended because it's just plain fun. Good communication with the developer as well. Strongly recommend this game to any shooter, rpg, open-world exploration fan. And if youre a fan of just one of those, this game will probably make you a fan of the others because its all integrated really simply and entertainingly.
