Please, fix the problem with cities not accomplishing requirements for technology. Your fix to build in another city does not work. And what if I'm a minor power ? I was hyped to play coop campaign but my friend and I lost interest because of that bug. Why does your mod has the problem and not IS, Darthmod...?. FYI: this is not only with the 6th building, but also with the last building of a 3 or 4 emplacements city.
