I figured it out, I had to move textures over to the base game's Art folder instead of shaders.

Yep I did that, I even reinstalled the whole mod, but the green textures are still all there for things like the ISDs. It isn't all of the units, just some of the imperial ones and late game New Republic capital ships

Wait, do you mean that I copy all of the shaders from the original FOC into the mod or the other way around?

Its the steam version, so I assume the most recent one.
