did you launched the game ? the game cant make new user.ltx if it isnt launched

i have a problem i changed values on r2tonemap lowlum and r2 tonemap middlegray and now on nightime i have daylight but if i change values again backwards its dark but on daytime its dark too. it just simply wont change i use objects dynamic lightning
