After installing the Patch, game on Startup Black Screen, and just flickering. Withouth the Patch , game works. Any suggestion what could i do ?

Hello,
After install the Patch, i start the game and my game went to Black Screen not Responding. Withouth the patch the game works. Any suggestion what could i do, to get it work ( compatibility method tryed, not working )
