I think I found a bug with the plus patch. Start a new character. Select whatever. Click next to go into the stat screen. Allocate all stats. Click on the info tab to go back to info tab. Change the trait from the plus patch. Then go back to sheet. You'll find that you get all of the points back and still get to keep all of the stats you previously allocated. Repeat as many times as you want while being careful to not have any stat points left when you're done allocating points. Start game with all stats maxed. This is 100% reproducible. It seems to work with every clan and sex.
