No, you need to separately buy Alexander Rome Total War on Steam if thats where you got RTW originally.

I've got 2.0b installed and I launched it and it works fine but I want to install the 2.0 to 3.0 patch, I've got it installed and when I open it it says, "This file contains invalid data.". So can anyone help me?
