Hi I had the same problem you had a while ago with skin textures looking very wrong in Hitman Blood Money. If you have glacier tex editor open, just go to options and click on the xbox mode button and import the skins again. This fixed it for me. Hope it helps

Make sure you replaced the hitman_01_face texture. If the head is covered in stripes and looks like a total mess, try clicking the xbox mode button under the options menu in Glacier TEX Editor and import the face texture again. Can you send me an email with a picture of what your skin looks like? It might help to determine the problem

I would recommend also getting the GoldBaller addon. It looks great with the suit
