Nice detailing! But I will admit, that air vent is too repetive. You could maybe break it up into smaller vents going in/out of the walls or put some grates here and there. Keep up! :)
Why do I keep getting the feeling that the last pic, the black Glock, looks identical to Gearbox's version from Opp For and Blue Shift?
Some things in here don't quite fit. First, as tnk mentioned, you should really consider the option of brushes, instead of textures for pipes. Well, from distance, it doesn't show up odd, but on a close-up inspection, it really stands out.
Second, this lighting is really not what you are going for. Excuse me, I know that this is just experimentation and still WIP, but it definitelly doesn't show the gorgeousness of the Gold Source engine, as used in Half-Life - it's just too bright and yellowish!
Though, on a positive side, heh, I really like the way you stack objects in the maps, I really do. Just keep runnin' ahead. :)
You could improve the design a bit, plus what tnk_x5000 said: watch out for leaks, fullbright is a dangerous beast!
This really reminds me of my good times with Blue Shift and Op4.
Quite frankly, I see no application for those pipes as well. You might.. put a hologram of some kind up there - like an announcement system. Or, instead of a model hologram, you might put a brush hologram of one of those inspirational signs (that's how I call 'em :) ) - you know, the ones that had a tram/robot/science team on them.

Feels like something is missing..wonder what it is. Maybe it's from the scene - as 23-down said, add some sights of combat, make it more detailed and try to keep within reasonable frame rates ;)
About the grenade launcher - yeah, thats a big problem. You'll have to hope someone walks in the kill zone. :-)
The other chanse to make this more fun is to create an artilery guide pad.. maybe to replace the mortars.
You know, I'm not very proud of this map that much either.

The thig is, many players turned to Counter Strike and forgot about the good old Half-Life. Well, that's what WON2 is for - players who are too tied up with the original that they don't want to move on to Steam, allthough Steam houses many HL servers, I think.

I don't know what your understandings of gameplay are, but this is how I look at things. I'd say this is small compared to maps like gasworks or bounce, for example. I was driven by the idea of a more dynamic map for fewer players, mainly inspired by xbounce's layout.
