I'm pretty sure most if not all of the german posters have spelling errors. I'm assuming by now that they did it intentionally to be funny or something. I mean, the phrase "Registriert Streicher" on one of the other posters doesn't even make sense, so...

The Dilophosaurus can grab "victory goats" in his mouth and catapult them at enemies. That's what it means.
