I found two problems with this mod: 1. The game crashes if you want to give CJ any afro, no mather with beard or without.
2. The short shotgun has no icon.

That's all I've found so far. The rest is still more than beautiful but could you tell me how I fix these two problems? Especially the afro ist kind of a problem, the weapon is something I still could replace. :)

First of all: I'm German, so I'm already excusing myself if my English ain't that good.;)

There are two minor things I've found.

First of all: I can't see the knife. CJ is hitting as if he had one but actually there's just air. It's invisible.

And I'd like to replace the battle axe which you took instead of the baseball bat. That's what Shizokid meant. It's like an elven axe from TES IV: Oblivion and in my humble opinion it doesn't fit in GTA:SA. I already tried to replace it with GGMM, but it didn't work. I tried to take a baseball bat from Millenias GTA Weapon Pack instead but without success: It's still a battle axe in the game.

I'd be quite happy if you could help me.
