My friend, you are really talented when it comes to modelling. I've readed that you have troubles when you attempt organic modelling. And by the description at the first images, faces and heads are your trouble.
Here's the link to Faceworx, a head/face modelator that will make your life 100 times easier. You just need to place 2 different pictures (front-side) and then adjust them to the guide lines, and that's it. Then you can port the model to MS3D. Hope it helps, and good luck with your proyect!
