Why is it that every time I enlist of any Lord's army,all other factions declare war on him?

TOTAL WAR option was OFF
I'm not the only one who has encountered this, as the forum post shows. This does not depend on the version of the game,it was also tested on another PC.

ps
And if you instal this patch on full 2.1 only,game will crash when you start.
