OK. Finally, it worked. I have to install the game under Win7 first, then switch to my main Win10 OS in order to play the game. And make sure turn off some OSD software like msi Afterburner ( but it's OK for BandiCAM ).

could it work just 'without' FOPs MOD ?
finally I could install & play the original Armada II game on Win10, but I could not launch FOPs the .exe :(

BTW, what if I even couldn't install the Armada II 'game itself' ? It always jump out with nothing.
My setup is:
Win10 Pro (build 10586)
intel i7-6700@3.4Ghz
AMD R9 390 Gaming 8G (with AMD Crimson 16.3.2 driver)
RAM 8G*4

Does it happens in some maps, like Sol system?

On Win7 (64-bit) or higher OS, you need to patch to v1.1 then install "A2Upgrade" for basic gameplay with original campaign.
Or just install the Fleet Operations MOD (but without campaign)

Just install KA2 EAW V1.4 standalone then patch this?
