I'm going to come straight and say it. This is not a TC, this is just my Payback Complete mod and Payback Enemies mods put together with bunch of personal preference gameplay addons and obsidian generated levels. People can just download my original mods and use the gameplay mods they choose instead, or even make their own maps in obsidian. To be honest I don't see what this is supposed to accomplish.
