when I click download it says open or save witch one ?

when download has finished what should I open it up with ?

i us windows,I uses the zip file at start that and i could open them but i cant open the windows installer ?? so ye i did uses other version but it didn't work with the zip files.

what should I use to open up the set up folder??????
