I know that they are build into the engine but i also know that what i said can be done now. Garry's mod did this for the command impulse 101 and noclip so now they work with cheats both on and off. I just dont know what he did to do that.

Now that i think about it can you also make the play command not need cheats (music in game without a program in the background). the only problem with this is that the music has to be in the steam folder but that is not that bad.

Sometimes annoying loud repeating loops occur, like the explosion ring. Can you make it so the command stopsound is not considered a cheat? I’m not positive that this can be done to specific commands, but I think that another mod chaged the cheat necesity on some commands.
