For sometime now I've wanted to make a game, surprising right? Well one could say this particular concept, remember playing Rise of Legends? No? Well it is a fantasy RTS made by big-huge-games, it was very fun, sadly it didn't sell too well, darn shame. It basically had a starcraft races(after a revelation after playing it for oh, 6 years now) The vinci, a steampunk, clockworkpunk, da vinci inspired faction, very fun and inspiring.(they would be the terran of sorts) The alin, magical middle eastern race of elementals and supernatural beings and the sort, they kinda resemble the zerg, in gameplay alone. And finally the Cuotl, they are a aztec/mayan mix with ancient astronaut/ancient alien added upon them, very cool indeed. Now after the strange intro, I present to you an idea. Why not make a game that adds upon the game, not a sequel, not a redux. Nothing of the sort, but it's new game. Now onto what the core of it is....

Okay, the idea whizzes along my head, a FPS of this game would be fun, have a sort of 3 way battle like how battlefield used to do it, now I thought, is there a way to make that better? Well, first off let's get into the nitty gritty before we improve on something you didn't even know existed. How it works? Well, One could have a battlefield 2 esque commander, like ROL, could be from the game, for example, giacomo gambia could be the leader trundling along in his battlesuit barking out commands, or czin, well actually, I don't think czin can talk...
Now we don't need a complete deathmatch, we can do something like world of tanks or counter strike stylized stuff, so don't zerg rush. Cap the flag, king of the hill, perhaps even something vastly different?

Open world! Yes open world! Here is where I think this will be interesting, have some sort of WOW like thing, and who knows, it may become the new WoW. Why? Well, it has nations consisting of stuff that can pique someone's imagination, and we all love games that tickle our fancy. Now how do accomplish a thing like this, well... First off, first person and third person are going to together, whether you like it or not. Level system like WoW would be perfect, so far, why should I pick a stylized WoW? Well here is an idea, why not have a UBER, wait no, ÜBER complex, and massive system of crafting, where one can level up with only crafting, they can be a merchant if they so desire, they can make items into the market, aiding in the player-oriented economy, but what if someone tries to crash the system? Well, that will take more time than an hour to write a complex blog post, with currently a Path:strong, whatever that means. This one I like alot, I would play the heck outta this.

Now my last idea, the mid interesting of the lot. Create an RTS, GASP! But wait, here is the punch, have a NON-TACKED ON FPS ADDED INTO IT. What I mean is, you can create your empire, all in first person mode, or third person mode, whatever you want. You can use your 1337 |
