Well, in order to create a vehicle modification for Vice City there is actually a fair amount of modification required. This modification for instance contains not only a model and texture file, but also handling and other characteristic information modifications that are made to the default.ide and handling.cfg files. So yes, this is a modifcation, not just a model with a texture. This mod contains everything required to give a prerendered set of characteristics, as well as a look, to a given vehicle inside the game.

OK, boys and girls...in promo image 1 you can see the "Grind of Death". No not the rail the bike is on, but rather the one above it.
Well we are looking for the first biker or skater or heck even a car that completes the full "Grind Of Death". Now touch the grind doesn't count you must slide across it.
