Even with decent computer, this mod is unplayable for me, whenever there is lots of monsters on the screen the fps drops to single digits. Fight with blood raven, if you don't kill her quickly will crash the game with access violation error. I think it is due to how many monsters she spawns.

After getting multiple characters to Hell difficulty those are my thoughts.
The mod has great features mainly the crafting system, new gems, great waypoint placements for farming and interesting new items but in the end I feel it lacks proper balancing in regard to melee classes.
When you get to Hell difficulty melee characters feel extremely gimped way more than vanilla game, monsters in Hell hit so hard that even if you invest heavily into defense vitality and max block your character will still get 2-3 deaded by a pack of random champion and their servants it is not a problem for casters since they can spam monsters from a distance and not get hit.
Progressing for melee characters feels like a painful process compared to casters which feels like a breeze thanks to lots of new powerful unique items.
This mod does not introduce any new aoe skills for melee characters so in most cases you have to kill monsters 1 by 1, in vanilla at least the game was balanced so that you were being compensated for that by being more tanky and being able to survive longer, it is not the case here by playing melee you not only kill slower but you die quicker.
It is possible to overcome this and progress to endgame but you need Tier 3 uniques and set items but those dont drop until Hell so if you plan on getting to endgame it is better to roll a sorc or ama etc and farm item for your barb or pala.
