This menu has a conflict with the "Vip Menu", They can not work together properly, because does not restrict the use of vip commands using the "GUIDs" on Vip Menu, Although I do not know much about programming, I made them work without conflicts, but my solution is very precarious and is modifying a silly thing in the vipmenu.gsc...
