With ENB Shaders and a weather mod. Haven't played this in years and felt like a quick break from Stalker.

Enb is nice thing but in most of the time its blurry and I don't like that.
I prefer to use Dynavision, Imaginator and Cinematech. Also, if you install Fallout Realistic Wasteland Lighting the game looks amazing (of course I'm using NMC texture pack and IMPACT mod).

If you want to know more about Fallout Mods you should check out Gopher YouTube channel (Unfortunately he doesn't update his FO3 videos in a long time because his game don't want to work on Win7 but there are some commentators which have some usefully advises).
He got many useful mods. I will be also downloading most of his mods expect Remastered which is unfortunately not available but there is UPDATED Unofficial Fallout 3 Patch which fix most of the bugs and its amazing.
Only bad thing about Fallout 3 on Win7: I had about 150 plugins on WinXP and doesn't have a single crash but Win7 and Fallout 3 doesn't want too much work together so it will take some time to mod my game to a level which it has been.
