The shape of the upper building reminds me on an UFO...maybe the pack has its roots in the early development of STALKER, where it was supposed to be an alien-sci-fi shooter (to be honest...STALKER as it is today is also a science-fiction game).
It's OK for a 5 minute walk around, it's an empty map so there is no action, if you want to have a look around it let me know and I will put it up for downloading, it is a bit boring though, unless you added the All Spawn mod to it.

This building would appear to house a circus, I suppose this level may be a MP level.
