Hey, I'm looking for the same mod. It actually been there, but now is lost. To my knowledge there are 2 mods with this (first is this one) and second is 92nd version (not public, about 15 ppl have this mode, one of them is creator of this mod). Only clue about original mod was on random russian forum (should be still up) with link to moddb where the mode were deleted from.

Hello, Is it possible to change skins of units without breaking the modpack?
We did not understand each other, I meant "user interface" as whole... scoreboard, timer, flags and so on
Greetings, your mod look amazing, only down side of it is long loading time.
But i want to ask if there is a way only to get same user interface as you have in the mod (without skins, sounds, animation an so on).
