You probably didn't read the discription in the mod. It clearly says you need SNAPSHOT 3 to install SNAPSHOT 3.2.
SNAPSHOT 3.2 is only an update for SNAPSHOT 3. the same for
SNAPSHOT 3.2.1. 3.2.1 is the update for 3.2.

I am not the creator of this mod obviously, but.... To successfully run this mod you must have the following:
1. Clean install of GTA SA HOODLUM, Download here: gokickass.club/gta-san-andreas-hoodlum-plus-samp-multiplayer-tt7373417.html
2.CLEO must be installed. I would get CLEO 3 and CLEO 4. download here: cleo.li/download.html
