I don't think that's possible as BM runs on a newer version o the source engine. I think you'd be better off downloading the free SDK Base 2007(TF2) on steam.

What the hell man... This MOD shouldn't be free, I feel bad for getting such and amazing piece of work without paying a cent. You can definetely see how much work and passion has been put into it by the team. And to think nowadays we pay so much for crappy half-assed games filled with paid DLC. Please BM team, if you read this, here are my sincere words to you in ultimate capslock. . .
