Primarily, I need artists to produce sketches to visualise concepts. While my imagination is extensive, I find it hard to define individual characteristics and styles for dozens of characters and creatures. Therefore CA artists have a lot of freedom in their work.
Additionally, I would love artists to produce (or evolve sketches) into rendered/coloured images for use on the site/ingame/promotion.
