The application you mentioned is QQ? If so, this application is free, but it is mainly geared to the needs of Chinese, so I don't know whether Ukrainian can register in it. But as I know, there are people from Turkey who have successfully registered.
However, even you can't register in that application, please don't worry. We don't have any vip work on it. Every screenshot here is the same as that in QQ.

I'm sorry but this mod is mainly intended for Chinese. Most of our Chinese followers prefer hots Kelthuzad and reforged Frostmourne.

I want to include wings too. However, the original war3 model doesn't have bones for wings. If I add wings, they will be stiff.
