How many ships ,on average, in each faction can detect cloaked mines and ships.

Would this make scouts ship less effective if there is more then one which can detect cloaked items? Do scouts have an addition abilities which makes them useful to be used in your main fleet.

Thank you for changing the carrier to this new class from the Sovereign Class. Now the Sovereign Class can be changed to it new right full place as an advance battleship or what ever you developers plan for it.

Maybe Janeway can be given and tank with two hump backs in it.
