Omigod..... so many spelling errors... i couldn't read it. anyway sounds somewhat fun, but it really shouldn't be "Anthrax Delta" because anthrax, in any form, cant do that... as fictional as this is, its way too "Fake Science" for my tastes, anyway.

china seems rather overpowered. i LVOE that, but in the next version can you make the others just as over-powered? (to add balance)
that way this can be turned into a Super-weapon slug-fest. which i love. :D
