Ok i just want to make clear in am in awe of the level of detail in everything, and that any thing a say is fan boy dreaming, from the books and your mod. like Dawn being a bastard sword, and being marshal without a negative impact on companions moral.
And i had an idea for a Valarian sword quest, for either the North and/or the Westerlands:
so depending on whether you are a vassal to North or westerlands starting points will be different and text will be different but the structure the same.
after having reached a certain level of renown you can ask Robb/ Tywin about the sword "ice" (2 hander), at which point Robb asks you to retrieve it from Kingslanding. different fighting segments like when you fight the hound, but more soldiers. after hard fighting you find the Sword here and you also could pack up the Qohory??? sword smith, after found in winterfell, to reforge "Ice" into "Oath keeper" (bastard sword) and "Heart Eater/widows wail???"(one handed sword).
if you are with the westerlands and ask tywin about the sword he informs you that the sword was stolen but informants say it is still in kinglanding. you fight through same kind of conditions just with the troops changed around.
once you have "ice" i think you should have the choice to keep it, maybe at a -20 relationship effect, not the -100 because at least the blade is with our side. at which point , or anytime after retrieving the blade, you should also have the chance to decide to reforge it into the 2 smaller swords for a hefty price. or give "ice" back to Robb/Tywin for a big payday.
it is like i said fanboy thinking but i feel something like this could happen in Got/Acok over a valarian sword. And personally i always hoped that "snow" would wield "ice", but then Tywin made it into 2 blades for his family.

also i am just wondering how come Dawn is not a bastard sword?

Please Please fix, being Marshall makes the "dislike defeat companions" lose moral and abandon you. any battle lost by any lord of the faction you are marshal of will count against you. or is that normal?
