Chrid44iinch780213 if your playing Generals on Vista then you have to run it in compatability mode by right clicking on the game icon and go to the compatability tab there will be a box that says "Compatability Mode" under that, enable it by checking the box that says "Run this program in compatability mode for:" then choose "windows XP (Service Pack 2)" hit ok and it should work
i think the install directory is different fron XP, so you'll have to download the .BIG and manually put it in the directory it should work then. if not i dont know how but you can ask someone else...sorry
