K.I.S.S. = Keep It Simple Stupid.

If I had a penny for every aspiring game designer that had an idea for a game they wanted to build I would be a very rich man. Now if I had a penny for every game idea I heard that was the next "Halo" or the next "Legend of Zelda" I would be even more rich!

The truth is no matter how much you want to make the next Halo or Zelda its just not going to happen unless you are Nintendo or Bungie. A game like that requires a huge team of game designers and programmers. You have a much better chance trying to make the next "World of Goo" or "Angry Birds" and being more successful.

So remember kids, Keep it simple.
