A relatively fine tuned mod, not just introducing a new faction, but also improves the graphics quality generally, add in a tier 4 tech for each factions, corrected some left over bugs by EA.

Overall so far feel the factions are quite balance.

There are some bugs especially in naval battles skirmishes.
