hey can you guys tell me how i can download a mod. i did download an mod and it told me that it isnt in the vice city exe folder and i couldnt run the system so how does the mod download work, and wuts the first step for doing the proccess? email me back asap thanx

hey guys, i tryed the downloading and it tells me that i cant download because it isnt in the vice city exe file folder and cannot find it so i cant download any of the mods until i understand what that means so guys can you all help me.. thanx email me back asap
