I do believe that it is a better choice considering the style that FF7 is rather matches Fallout's Dystopia and provides us the more grunge feel of Midgar. Of course being built from scratch it makes no real difference since they both use the same engine, it might catch more attention since it matches in theme.

Anyways I'm always watching your progress,sorry I can't be part of it much anymore. As I really do want to, my focus has fallen back to my game design.
