I already have the previous mod and not seeing any changes in this ... Can you explain what changes, if you please!!

Do any of you know how to make a mod where you have access to the same amount of units / vehicles selection as you would be in MP? Too limited in SP and I would like a wider range, in which all units were available ... thx very much appreciated.
