The graphics on this look very nice, very natural. I love historical, period games. But, i really don't like to invest money in a game until I've actually PLAYED it for a while. I've gotten ripped of a number of times, bought a game, but when I got it home and started playing, I discovered I either didn't like it, or couldn't play it. Those of you who have played it, seem to like it though. Can I ask...is this game complicated, with a lot of planning out of details, such as; which character has what powers and weaknesses, what weapons each one can wield, if the characters fight, how many strike points does this guy have and how many injury points does that guy have when he gets hit? In a battle, can a certain character use magic spells? Are there monsters and mythological creatures, or is it just one army facing another? I used to watch my friends play things like "Final Fantasy", and seeing all the stuff they had to plan out before they actually got to play, made my head go loopy! There's no way I'm going to tackle that! I just want a straight game, you know? Plop in the disk, hit the play button, and away we go. Period! This one looks good, and has a great price. Can anyone respond to my other questions? If they made any sense, that is =o)
