I am also having this issue and I at least used DgVoodoo which seemed to fix the textures before I installed the HD pack. Now with the hd pack installed the black lines are gone but I am getting the ghosting as well as some textures being glitchy. Also in the demo part of the text about the statue is behind the curtain. Just spent a few hours trying to fix it with no luck. Also have an AMD GPU (6600)
